26.5.2023 another rubbish services, absolute rude operator, I would have sacked him no wonder Royal have taken a lot of business. Would not use them again Absolutely a disgraceful service. Don't rely for your children to be picked up on time. Bad driver attitude. Make a complaint they slam the phone down on you. Want refund when they make mistakes. I wish there were more firms out there who had facility to track and pay online. One good thing app online

Extremely disappointed. The taxi driver ran over a child's scooter and drove away, they then denied all knowledge of the taxi even existing despite evidence being provided. Very worrying to think that something more serious could have happened and they did not appear to have any record of the vehicle, the driver or where it picked up from! So vehicle SJ57 VSD is apparently NOT a City Taxi so do not trust this driver!!!
