The worst service ever, I was paying for 20 for not getting any of the dirt off, not even any one of them! It’s ridiculous that someone who did not make any progress but still act like they’ve done their job. And the staff was even shouting as me as if I am finding trouble. They are not even trying to let me finish my statement. The worst service in London, I am sick by their rude behaviour, just never ever come back again.

Gave my coat in for a dry clean, express service (same day - costing £24) Coat wasn't washed, nor was a roller used to remove lint. It was only pressed and given back. I challenged the staff however, due to needing it that evening, I had no choice but to take it. He said it was washed but I still had dirt on the collar and pockets. Will never return or recommend this place to others. Scamming people!!

Vishal and his team at City Style Dry cleaners did a spectacular job at taking red powder off my wedding dress. I could not trust any other dry cleaners with my delicate garment (expensive). They pay attention to every detail and, really worked hard to take the Permanent stain off. They knew how important this was for me. Vishal really made me feel comfortable and assured me they will take care of the item. They also have excellent facility for there dry cleaning process. There launderette is so clean and well organized. I have been to others and, it looks very confusing inside with clothes piled everywhere feeling very congested. I would recommend this place and would not think twice about it.
