I would award 0 stars if I could. Do these negative reviews not matter? I’m so confused whoever is in charge is not phased by all these complaints! The other centre East One Health isn’t even as bad as this one. Both are absolutely apalling. But this one in particular!!! Never answer phone calls. The receptionists all meet the stuck up criteria. Never welcoming or approachable. You’re working in an environment with vulnerable people. Smile even if you can’t be nice.
