I couldn't recommend City Smile Dental enough. Dr Ayman, Rachel and the team have all been amazing throughout my Invisalign treatment. I am particularly grateful because Dr Ayman picked up on some treatment that needed to be done prior to starting Invisalign in order to achieve the best results in alignment and teeth health. Other places did not, and would have put me straight onto the Invisalign plan that could have caused lengthy correction treatments. Shoutout to the hygienists that I have seen as well for great work and patience in educating me on how best to keep my mouth healthy.

Very poor customer service. I was given a quote for Invisalign a few years which I was told on the phone had increased to £2800. When I came in for a consultation I was then told it had increased to £3500 and this was just a guide price it could increase even more depending on what Invisalign think. I initially was given a 3D scan but now was told they don’t do the scan until I pay £400 which I would get back if I went ahead with the plan. Completely unprofessional. Constant miscommunication. I had a consultation with a women who was extremely condescending. Complete waste of time. Don’t bother!

I am fairly new in the UK my filling had come off and I needed a dentist to fix it for me and a colleague referred me to City Smile Dental in Leeds. I went in for consultation and Dr Ayman checked me out and gave me an appointment. This filling had come off 4 times and at this point I was super scared because my previous experience was very painful only for it to come off. Dr Ayman assured me he would fix my tooth and he did and it was a painless filling and it healed well. I am super thankful even for the fact that Dr Ayman secured me a referral to have something else checked out and fixed at Leeds Dental Institute and I am now at peace my teeth are good.
