Myself and my daughter visited Glasgow from Suffolk and as a wheelchair user, we were unsure where to visit until we came across your city sightseeing buses located at George Square - so we ‘hopped on’. Our driver was Archie and tour guide was Donna. They were both super friendly and had time for a quick chat before departing for the tour. The bus was easily wheelchair accessible, the crew at the bus stop on the day were also super efficient with assistance with the ramp onto the bus. What a fantastic service you offer and wonderful team members you employ. Such a memorable day for us both and this truly makes the experience so much more enjoyable. Bonus points to Archie for recognising us on our way back to the airport on Friday 5th May 2023 and giving us a friendly smile and a wave while at another bus stop. Many thanks to all involved for giving us fantastic memories to treasure.
