After being to quite a lot of prom dress shops my daughter just wasn't getting the feeling of the dresses being the one we went here and the lady was amazing the dresses she had were amazing and such a lovely lady nothing was a problem and it was just us in the shop no waiting for changing rooms the lady helped my daughter with every dress ..before I got here my head was spinning trying to work out how I was going to get her a dress after a hour here it was sorted many thanks zoe Chelseys mum x

What a wonderful experience this was for my daughter. Madeleine was very friendly and knowledgeable and instantly put Grace at ease. It was very clear Madeleine knew exactly what would suit Grace. After asking her a few questions about her preferences Madeleine had literally picked out Graces dream dress. Grace had a wonderful time trying on all the dresses. I can’t recommend City Prom enough and I’ll definitely be returning when it’s time for my younger daughters prom.

The time, help and care taken to look at all the different styles to make sure my daughter has exactly the dress she wanted was fantastic and it made the whole decision process a very enjoyable experience for my daughter and as a parent. Wow what A Beautiful shop with so many gorgeous, show-stopping dresses. City Prom boutique is independent and when booking your appointment you have the shop all to your self. Madeleine was amazing in helping my daughter discover what styles suited her and made her feel at total ease. Madeleine was patient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. After searching many prom dress shops, we went back to City Prom (best decision) and with Madeleines help, my daughter found the dress of her dreams, My daugher is happy and confident in this dress! Thank you Madeleine, you've made one young lady (and her mum) very happy 😊 the whole experience was brilliant 👗❤️
