He fully informed me of what he found and was confident and reassuring as well as honest. Yaz left this with me with the option to choose how and who got the job done. Zero upselling, no hard sell and no pressure. I chose to have Yaz do the job and he did beyond a thorough job on the work needed. He did many laps of my flat double checking everything repeatedly to ensure everything was done.
