City Park West is horrible. The Estate works in tandem with PCM to intimidate and cheat residents with valid parking into paying unfair penalties. Elevators don't work, door buzzers broken.

The apartment and the corridors smell of lingering cigarette smoke. It will be very loud if you are facing the road or the trains. No hot water upon move in. Would not recommend this development.
