I was suffering from a shoulder injury for over year and tried various treatments. On my first visit to City Osteopaths the cause of my pain was identified and relieved by their trained practitioners. I was also given a number an exercises for injury prevention which have worked amazingly. After a few visits to City Osteopaths my shoulder had fully recovered.

I've been visiting City Osteopaths in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton for a number of years now (from when they were based opposite their now Deansgate clinic). I highly recommend them for any concerns around musculoskeletal pain and soreness. I've always recieved the best care from the practitioner's I've visited. Their clinic is welcoming and clean. I was a bit apprehensive about venturing out during lockdown 1 and 2, especially to appointments where close contact is required. As I'm currently working from home, studying and running a business, I'm constantly hunched over laptops and monitors throughout the day, which has caused my muscle spasm in my neck and upper back to return. Visiting the clinic last week was very safe and precautions were put in place to ensure that myself and my practitioner were safe from any infections spreading. I regularly see Simon Bell who has helped me with pain management throughout my sporty and active days and have also recieved treatment from Dan Bailey. Simon helped me get back on my feet after I experienced an injury at the gym on my lower back. With his treatment and advice, my pain reduced within days and I was able to get back to normal very quickly. Both are very understanding, knowledgeable and give great advice on how to manage pain before and after treatments. What I really appreciate are their honesty too. They don't pressure you to have more treatments if they believe you are able to manage soreness or pain with stretches and simple exercises, or if they think 1 treatment will suffice. I can't thank the City Osteopaths team enough for their care over the past few years.
