Having been on a tour in April I tried to order a personalised bottle of gin as a Xmas present.Despite numerous online requests via their website and via email plus a phone call during which I was told the gin would be available by Xmas I received nothing.Very poor customer service .

This place is amazing. So interesting to hear the story of gin..... I really never knew. Lots of lovely gin tasting throughout. The gin school, making our own was fantastic. There was a large party of us so we were a little excited and after all the gin, a little merry. One of the best times I have had. I would highly recommend a visit.

Managed to learn a LOT about Gin from the wonderful hostess Sherel. Was also plied with a wonderful array of cocktails and got the opportunity to make my own 70cl bottle of Gin to take home and infuse it with a very comprehensive range of botanicals. The small group sizes, united by a shared love of Gin, also managed to turn the already very enjoyable experience into a social one. Would highly recommend to anyone living in or visiting Manchester

Had a fantastic evening last night on the Gin Tour. The tour was interesting and learned a lot. Sampled Three Rivers Gin which is the best I have ever tasted and made our own bottle to take home with us at the end. Definitely recommend people to go on the tour.

I can only find two problems with this gin.. First, It makes drinking other gins disappointing and second, I live in California so it’s a challenge to stay stocked up..
