Greedy and lazy can not be bothered to do the repairs that have been reported and now the council want more money from everyone. Also doing a poor job of keeping the roads maintained outer circle is a joke of a road. Now just had a new back window fitted and one of the glass panels have been cracked and all that's been done to sort it by the work man is some tape on it absolutely disgusting service

Still waiting for my £150 council tax rebate from April ! Phoned 8 times, emailed 5 times, and have been promised a letter will be sent out, but still waiting !!! First time I emailed I was told I was too late to claim it using the normal channels and it would be added as credit to my account, and I needed a letter with my bill/credit displayed so I can transfer it to my bank, as I don't pay by direct debit. I then phoned and was promised a letter would be sent out. After another 4 phone calls and 7 emails I'm still waiting for my letter, they promise to send it every time but still haven't. If I owed THEM money you can be sure they would do everything to retrieve it. Bunch of lying charlatans.
