    Horrendous place to work. If you are seeking coaching work I would go anywhere else. Communication is dodgy at best with members of staff simply disappearing without explanation of any kind. Other communication is OK but generally slow and behind the times. Management are not interested in looking after their staff as is demonstrated by the policy of having to complain to the person you have an issue with before it can be raised further... So that gets you nowhere at all and teaches us that staff do not matter in the slightest. Setting people up to fail is possibly one of the things they are good at, do not do anything extra, do not socialise, just avoid completely. Because management are incompetent it means that staff have no respect for them (quite rightly so) and as such classes suffer as no one knows what is going on whilst management moves the target and does whatever they want without actually considering their actions or the implications on staff and customers. It seems to be expected that everyone must bow down and accept terrible wages and never say anything. If you read this and go to get a job here, consider yourself warned because they really do not care about you in any capacity. The facilities are good... If in desperate need of being properly cleaned frequently. That is the only good thing about this place. The only thing. Run. Go anywhere else but do not go here and most definitely do not try to work here as you will regret it a lot.
