Just had our street resurfaced, what a disgrace!! Loose chipping in not adequate road surface. We are going to have chips in our car paint, loose gravel coming in stuck to shoes for ages.. A cheap and nasty job that doesn’t reflect the amount of council tax and road tax we pay. Bradford Council need to answer for how they are wasting our hard earned taxes!!!

I have nothing positive to say about BCC unfortunately. They charge 100% community charge for empty houses - yet for a single person occupant, you can pay only 75%. Whenever asking for their help - such as parking issues, I am informed there isnt the funding. But come start of the financial year, I am told by Hinchcliffe that that council continues to provide all services as normal. We should receive a rebate not an increase.

Me myself I live in Doncaster and my council housing department St leger homes of Doncaster suck big time . However I needed my front uPVC door and frame replacing and St leger homes of Doncaster used Bradford council to do the job and I must say I'm very impressed with the work and attitude of the Bradford city council staff who did the job.
