What a disgrace of a business. Such a shame that whilst the signage made was great quality, the owner Lazlo is the most incompetent , rude & aggressive "business man ?" to consider himself capable of owning a business. Not only does he over promise & under deliver the capability of his business, he then ignores requests to address issues leaving the customer to chase for 4 months as he clearly cannot deliver on quote & agreed service. As a healthcare business we pride ourselves on great customer care. We have a zero tolerance when it comes to aggressive behaviour. So well done City Neon, not only are we a customer, that has paid you, but your rudeness & aggressive gestures to the face of our female member of staff was hardly appropriate. Disgrace.
