I have a shipping storage container held within the warehouse. The access is straightforward, and my stored items are safe and dry. Customer service is great. always helpful and friendly. The price is very competitive too.

Very disappointed with the service and would not recommend. We heard lots of complaining from some of the staff who insisted the company had not allocated enough people to do the job (others were more professional). As a result items were left behind, despite negotiating a later handover time to accommodate movers and paying for additional packers. They expected us to have checked all our boxes/items within 7 days (over the Christmas period) to inform company of breakages - which was totally unrealistic, however they didn't respond to my emails within 7 days!!! Over promised and definitely undelivered as a result they have lost business from 4 of our friends as it was such a poor service. Worst moving company I've ever dealt with.
