Brilliant customer service. Went into for my annual mot/service drop off. Whilst there was looking at the selection of new cars in the showroom and after a while….definitely not straight away, was approached by a member if the sales team. After a quick chat, a comfy seat & a hot drink, I was satisfied that I needed a new one! The staff were very friendly, able to answer all the stupid questions I had and provided me with a printed quote to ponder over. I Placed my order a few weeks later and was kept constantly in the loop with regular friendly and helpful updates. Even upon receiving my new car they made me feel as welcome as the day I first went in. They were thorough and friendly and allowed me as long as I needed to get acclimatised. Would highly recommend! We have been with City Motors for more than 20 years now, and have always had great service, with our recent experience being no exception. The Sales and Service staff are really pleasant to deal with, and that coupled with a professional approach makes for a great experience. The management have also been engaging, positive and easy to deal with, overall creating a relaxed and pleasant experience, particularly at this time when Renault's poor supply chain performance delayed the delivery of the car. Thank goodness that the City Motors interface was in place.
