I was traveling for two weeks with 3 teenage boys, I never could find a launderette close by where we were staying, this place was an 8min walk from where we were in Edinburgh. We were on a time crunch and I popped in here desperate for clean laundry, the lady working there was able to fit me in on the spot!

Dropped off our laundry around 10am, picked up again before 4pm. No fuss. Unfortunately they do not deliver to hotels on Princes St., but are quite accessible anyway via the buses or tram. They're just behind Haymarket station & surrounded by interesting restaurants, so can combine the laundry errand with a good brunch or coffee stop.

Small, but friendly and helpful. I arrived at 9:01 and all the machines were already in use, but the proprietor fit me in and I was done by 10:20. 7 pounds for a load, washed and dried. Cash only. Many "regulars" came around, which is always airing. Right around the corner from Haymarket station.

Very rude on the phone, couldn't provide me with prices and said to send email which takes 3 days to get reply. They don't provide self service but advertise as one so that is miss leading information to customers who wish to have such service. If I could give 0 stars 8 would do not recommend this place to anyone
