Beautiful venture with excellent acoustics, lovely staff and ushers, and good facilities but please urgently install air conditioning! It's so hot and stuffy in every area - making it extremely uncomfortable during the concert and the interval.

I wasn't attending a gig but was lending a hand to a disabled man and his teenager. They allowed me to enter venue to get them situated safely and show them round without any hesitation. Much appreciated. The venue itself looks great, kinda wish I'd bought a ticket but you live and learn.
