I have arranged an appointment with the garage and vehicle technician Mason, at first the company was very helpful and accommodated with ways to visit us on site in Chelmsford. Considering the garage was approx. 6 miles away from my location in Writtle, an appointment had been agreed for 28th March 2023 at 12.45pm, at 1.20pm I called and was notified that he had forgotten about the time, apologised and offered another appointment slot at 3.30pm through mutual agreement. At 3.30pm, it was a no show. I contacted him again at 3.45pm to find out where he was, he mentioned he is about to leave and another issue arose with paperwork. I then called back after resolving this with the third party and arranged appointment for 4.30pm. I received a call at 5pm with another apology where he had mentioned he came out to site and ran out of battery so had to drive back to charge his phone to contact me. Three no shows in one day, it is very hard to believe that this business is taking their customer or their appointments very seriously. I appreciate there are obstacles but that said, a company should make added effort to manage their appointments well and to inform customers. I have wasted three hours of my time today including rescheduling my meetings to accommodate for this appointment however the only thing they could do was apologise and offered another appointment which would have likely been another no show.
