I have taken my bike to several repair shops in Cambridge and so far this one has been the best by far. The guy at the shop was very friendly and helpful. I asked only to change the rear brake pad and he also adjusted the front one and cleaned and greased the chain for free. And he did it in just 2 hours. Furthermore, the location is really convenient. I'm certainly going back whenever I need more repairs!

Great experience, the owner is nice, professional and obviously knows what he’s doing. Bikes are great quality. Prices are unbelievable, for only 60 pounds i hired a bike for 4 weeks (i have a student card) and for 5 pounds i got insurance for the 4 weeks. I would definitely recommend hiring a bike from here.

I rented a bike from them for several months and my experience was great. Very competitive prices; good bike; honest, empathetic and surprisingly fast service considering how busy they are; and very clear communication and delivery of information. Had a flat tire once during my rental time and they repaired it in few minutes no questions asked. Went to rent a cycle recently. The guy at the shop (owner?) was super grumpy, aggressive and rude, and boasting like they're the only cycle shop in the area. He was serving random customers who came later while there were few others waiting already. On the wayback from that awful place, found a super comfy cycle from some other nearby cycle shop.
