I booked yesterday at 17:00 o’clock through get your guide for the speedboat and they automatically changed it to 11:00 o’clock without informing us. When we arrived at the location, the workers told us there are no boats at 17:00 o clock. I paid full amount and they didnt want to refund it. Don’t book with them! Their customer service is 0 and they only lack money. Dont recommend it at all.

I decided to treat my children aged 25 and 8 to a London city cruise and can honestly say it was one of the one of the highlights of our week long stays. We were on th e diamond tripping boat. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Deena, Sam, and Stevie were particularly nice. I hope if you do decide to take this trip you come across these wonderful people. The commentary upstairs was very good and humorous. I will be going again.

We visited May 26, 2019 and had a beautiful day on the river. Our tour guide on the journey was Ben and our pilot was Danny. Our ride was smooth, calm and enjoyable. We enjoyed Ben's commentary very much during the cruise from the London Eye to Greenwich. He was informative and entertaining the entire time, even when he said there wasn't anything interesting to talk about. (The ride back from Greenwich had a prerecorded commentary which was nice but not nearly as entertaining.) The ship had plenty of seats in the open air above and many tables and seats below with large windows to take in the scenery. I really liked the fact that there were refreshments to be purchased from 2 concession stands onboard and the bathrooms below deck were clean and there were quite a few to accommodate the people onboard.

Best way to see London and eayiest way to get into the centre and to go to Greenwich. Cheaper then the river bus if you show the ticket office a travel card or Oyster card. Takes the same amount if time as the river bus. Double decker boats, open top desk. Coffee and food, snacks and bar all on the boat and bathrooms. Live or recorded commentary in English but free headphone so you can hear 7 other languages. Friendly staff, amazing views. They also offer special boats for Afternoon tea, Lunch or Dinner cruises also very good. If you want to go to a London attraction you can save money by buying the tickets with City Cruises. Highly recommend this, better then sitting on the tube / subway train.
