Would give zero if I could. I booked a set cruise from the website as a gift for my parents. They turned up on the day and were told 'were not doing that one today'. No explanation at all. They were offered a different trip (different time) but because of a lunch reservation this didn't work. So why could I not have been emailed or called in advance? They had all my details. So my poor patents had a wasted 2 hour round trip and paid parking. Have tried calling but keep getting cut off.

What an amazing time we had! Such good value for money! Fantastic service from the staff and a lovely cruise around Poole Harbour with beautiful scenery around Brownsea Island and Sandbanks. We had such a fun sail with Santa cruise the atmosphere was lovely, mulled wine amazing and the presents Santa gave to my two little ones were perfect. Friendly staff 👍 Will definitely do it again next year and some more different ones during the year. Highly recommend.
