I had an issue with my laptop, where it would not boot - SSD error. I've tried changing hard-drive, hard-drive cable, reset CMOS, etc. but could not resolve. I had a feeling the issue was with the motherboard. Handed the laptop in and within a week or so, the issue was resolved. It was a blown fuse on the motherboard for the SSD. Something I would not have been able to find & resolve. I had another exact same laptop with the exact same issue, assuming it blown the same fuse too when I swapped the parts around for troubleshooting – possibly faulty SSD. Again, confirmed blown fuse and resolved within a week. Pricewise, £55 for each laptop which included £15 troubleshooting. I was expecting the 2nd laptop to be slightly cheaper to repair since it had exact same issue and went directly to fix fuse so no need for troubleshooting. In total, £110 for two laptops repaired. Card payment would have been nice but cash only. Regardless, friendly, and professional service. Will be my go-to place in the future. 100% recommended
