In 2016 I wanted to order the making of an ex-libris as a dry seal. In Germany, where I live, nobody undertook it, an online advertisement pointed me to someone in the far east of Asia, and then I came across City Company Seals. They offered to make an exlibris according to my design. I had no experience in designing dry seals and I sent in my fantasies. I was quickly brought back down to earth, too dense and small detail can cause holes in the paper - I changed the design and ordered several different exlibris. They still serve me and my books to this day. Not only did I get some wonderful dry stamps made, but I was also advised on how I should design such an exlibris so they wouldn't damage my books and all in only a couple of emails. This year I decided to gift myself two more dry seals with my logo and motto. After a few weeks (I don't live in the UK) I received the real gems. Extremely carefully crafted, outstanding quality, detail in the font and beautifully deep relief. City Company Seals should have asked a higher price for such a wonderful work. Thank you, I will be recommending you to everyone around me and, if I have the next idea for a new dry seal, I will immediately turn to you.

I had need of a wax letter seal, as I am sending a letter of great importance. After placing the order Tuesday evening, I conveyed the urgency to the company at 9.21am on Wednesday and they responded at 9.30am by saying that they would expedite my order, if possible. The order was shipped at 3.50pm that day and was received by 10am this morning (Thursday). I have never come across such superb, efficient and pro active customer service before. Not only that, my order was made in Britain and is far cheaper and of much better quality than the usual Chinese alternatives, which I dismissed for obvious reasons
