Have yet to use the cobbling services. Went to get spare keys made and the owner let me know he does copies of the fobs, too! Easily saved me £50 because otherwise I would have gone to the property manager who would have charged me an arm and a leg. Cut keys and copied fobs in five minutes, in and out in ten. Will be back for any of my cobbler, luggage or leather repair, or keying needs. Helpful and friendly.

Absolutely shocking service and the guys a liar! I sent some pictures over to another shoe repairers and got confused over the addresses as they are both admittedly across the road from eachother. Went in and said i’d messaged him about my shoes being resoled and the back of them had cracked so i couldn’t get them on, and he said he’d received the messages and could repair them! I went back and received the shoes only to find that they were completely butchered at the back. I told him this and he got very rude and said that it was a hard job, to which i told him that over messages he’d said it was easy, which is when i found out it wasn’t him because he said he’d never messaged me that and completely outed himself on that one! I left with the shoes and messaged the other shoe repairer, who said he could definitely fix them, but by this time i had to pay more than originally planned! Will not be recommending City Cobbler to friends or be coming back again
