About a year into starting work, I noticed I was having back pain that was so bad I struggled to sleep, and I was referred to Xerxes’ clinic. I’ve been noticing a real difference in my back and can’t quite believe the progress after a few sessions, and he also gives guidance of what you can do outside sessions too. An added plus, he plays opera during the sessions and is always happy for a chat! Very happy with the results

I was fortunate to find an osteopath available on Coronation Day after my neck and shoulder locked up painfully the evening before. But I was doubly fortunate that it was Xerxes who treated me. As a tall man I have relied on trusted osteopaths in the past, and Xerxes was as knowledgeable, pleasant and expert in his treatment as the best of them. Many of us have problem with the back and day by day is getting worse...trying to spread money in different doctors, treatments, I strongly recommend Mr. XERXES DALAL...My dad couldn't even sit down, and after just one appointment we could see big difference...I recommend to everyone who got pain to give a try here and you will not gonna regret...plus the prices are fair, Mr. Xerxes very nice person who is doing everything to make you feel comfortable and healthy. I have been seeing Xerxes now for quite a few years and have always been very impressed with his level of service. He is always punctual, extremely knowledgable and his clinic is centrally located easy to find. Xerxes takes the time to listen to what is causing the problem and works to relive symptoms, but also offers advice to address the root cause as well. Generally I see Xerxes for deep tissue massage, manipulation, acupuncture (witchcraft) and laser or Theragun treatment. On occasion I have struggled to stand upright due to lower back pain, but after a single session was back to full range of motion and mobility. Would highly recommend City Clinic of Osteopathic Medicine to anyone, even if just for a back 'MOT'.

I was amazed at the difference with just a one-hour treatment session with Mr Xerxes Dalal in his London City practice. I went from thinking I couldn't get out of bed with the pain in my knee to being able to skip 2 days later. I estimated the pain reduction to be 95%. I couldn't recommend Mr Dalal enough. I am confident and happy with this recommendation.

Xerxes has helped me manage my chronic pain associated with my degenerating cervical discs, and has brought relief to my symptoms where other ‘soft-touch’ osteopaths have failed. His highly physical approach in dealing with deep tissue and releasing accumulated tension is superb.
