Absolute farce of a company. The lack of professionalism displayed by this company is uncanny. Went through the online website and a Bouncy Castle was booked online and confirmation email was sent. When the number was called before the event, the man has no knowledge of my booking. Funny that? why have a website if bookings are not integrated properly? I am told that I will be called back and the guy turns his phone off. No answer. I have a whole party of kids waiting for the bouncy castle and the delightful chap that runs this business decides to go cold on me... Own the fact that a mistake was made and face your pitfalls in your unprofessional business head on. What's with the cowardice? This whole debacle makes me question the integrity of the company and the values its owners were brought up with. Who raised you? Seriously, who raised you?
