We took my wife's car for its annual service and MOT. The staff were friendly. However, there was a misunderstanding as we thought they would ring us when the car was ready but they didn't. Also, my wife has a certificate for free lifetime MOTs. She showed the certificate when dropping off the car. When collecting, however, she was charged for the MOT so had to ask for it to be removed from the invoice.
