What great guys! We were visiting the area and somebody snapped off our wing mirror - literally snapped the stem, which was not helpful when we had a very long drive ahead of us. Despite it already being closing time, and no spares being to hand, these guys managed to reattach the mirror solidly enough to finish our trip, and wouldn’t even accept payment. Thank you guys - you saved our bacon!

Honestly they don’t even deserve 1 star, I put my car in for a service it took 8 weeks and they couldn’t even fix what was wrong. Then they charged me over £600 for their services that was by far very poor. Then they went on to say they can investigate more but it’ll cost me a further £800, with no guarantee that they can fix the problem. I obviously refused and asked for my car back. Then I went to collect my car and they had broken the electric handbrake and didn’t inform me or maybe thought I wouldn’t have noticed. They said I could either leave it with them to fix or take my car with the handbrake broken! (Shocking) i think it goes with saying that I left it with them to fix. Then a week later they call me and ask me to pay a £80 ULEZ charge on the car they had leased me. They did not inform me that the car wasn’t ULEZ compliant so how was I to know to pay the fee. Honestly the worst experience ever! Wouldn’t recommend. Service: Auto maintenance
