Do not deal with this company. Purchased a set of interior bulbs off them. They didn't arrive. Got in contact with them and they sent "another" set out. Only ever received one package from them yet they tried to bill me for 2 and threatened to get a debt recovery company involved. Buy from somewhere reputable, not these or their other companies.

Purchased an HQ Automotive rear wiper blade from Citrade through their Amazon store. Slow delivery - Product arrived after about 1 week. Item was damaged/defective. Returned product and refund issued was minus the delivery charge! Complained and carriage was then refunded. What a bunch of chancers! Would not recommend based on this experience.

Ordered a set of wiper blades for my Vauxhall Insignia, they arrived within 24 hrs. Unfortunately I misread the listing and the rear wiper was for a hatchback, and mine is an estate. Contacted the company and the correct blade was received, again, within 24 hrs. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Halo ring faulty after only a few months of use. Contacted seller for a replacement but nothing ever turned up - gave excuse that part was out of stock, despite having more than 10 available listed on eBay Seller not responding to emails, calls or DMs. No update on replacement and no complaints procedure. Avoid this seller UPDATE: After posting this seller got in touch to explain that part would not be coming back into stock, and offered to replace with a different set of halo rings at 50% discount. Replacement arrived promptly and as described. In final review - one star deducted because replacement still ended up being partially at my expense, and another for the amount of chasing that I had to do
