The job interview was pleasant enough but the lack of communication re the outcome/ result of my face to face interview was insulting! Having to wait over a Month for feedback , which was only provided by my prompt, and reminders on several occasions. From start to finnish 2 months in total were wasted . I am sorry to say that this appeared to be yet another example of age bias by way of employers using an applicant to fulfill their quota in going through the process of interview to ensure they comply with their recruitment policy! Citizens Advice is an organization that prides itself !with provision of offering advice and service to the community ? I have no confidence in their ability ,nor trust ,or respect as a result of my experience.
