Just visiting my 86 year old mother in Whitby. She has need of the CAB, but cannot get up the hill to the office easily with her walking frame. Phoned up at 10.20 to be told "no appointments, just pop in". At 10.50 we got to the office only to be told they were shut, come back next week. So wasted journey for her, and taxi required for next week on the off chance you are open. Disgusted, I would give you zero stars, as you provided zero service and you didn't even know on the phone that you were closed.
