Despite from waiting over 1 hour on the que to speak to an adviser and such a poor connection, the level of being unhelpful would be such an embarrassment for the UK system. Citizen-advice never help anyone and is such a useless organisation.

Hello good afternoon, this I have three days trying to contact you by chat and it has been IMPOSSIBLE the funniest thing is that you offer this service to help us, but the service is terrible. I can't and there is no way I can chat with you, so I wonder. what do they offer a service if it doesn't work? and I also have to say that I have more than 20 minutes waiting for the phone to be answered.

I have an urgent legal matter in which I require advise with. I have continuously called through out the day and each time I have waited over an hour to get put through, I still haven’t been able to get through to anyone. I suggest you hire more people so you could actually fulfil your duty within this organisation. Based on the statistics of your reviews, It’s a shame that to see that the majority of people are not receiving this service.

Although my initial impression was not good as I found difficult to get in touch with someone by phone or chat and when I finally did, the person did not address my questions, I have to say that after they did contact me again and put me in touch with a lady who was very helpful and did go the extra mile to help me with my queries
