    I contacted the citizens advice team for advice on an ongoing matter with my GP. This was for the kind of legal support I could receive on the current ongoing matter. The team completely denied to provide any support and told me to contact law society for advice. The citizens advice website display different options on legal support however when you call to speak for legal advice they tell you they don't offer any legal advice and to go to law society. Their contact phone no has a hell lot of waiting. Response to owner: the citizens advice team in Watford clearly on phone told me they cannot give any legal support advice when your website clearly display various legal options. Just because an individual is reporting a government organisation you cannot choose not to provide legal advice options. Your team just told me to contact law society that's the kind of advice I received.

    CAB perform an essential service linking people living at the brink of homelessness with various services locally. They should get a lot more more funding and praise for the excellent service they perform so that they could help people 5-6 full days a week instead of 4 half-days. Like Crisis, their website is a treasure trove of info to help tenants push back against greedy uncaring landlords and get support from government.
