Spoke with Supervisor Joanna today..Nothing but compassion and empathy. She was patient and really wanted to help me! If only there was more people like herself in these services. I'm sure she can't answer everyone but if or when you do call and need someone honest, compassionate and understanding ..ask for Joanna! 5* !!! Thank you

I asked for help over a month ago and they didn't help me until now. They're not like they were many years ago when they actually used to help you. They don't seem to care. They never answer their phones and it's impossible to get any help.
