Richard, from Sutton citizens advice. What a rude man. The term jobsworth not do this guy justice. He actually put phone down when I said I wanted to speak to someone else because he was reluctant to help. People that derive pleasure from saying no to people in need shouldn’t be in service jobs like this. He should be sacked.

Helped me write out my PIP form and really helped me and gave me advice. Couldn't be happier with them. They also said that if the DWP contest the claim then they will help me take it to tribunal and offer me legal services.
