    Never ever answer the phone when you ring. Waited 40 mins for someone to pick up and that was me ringing just after they opened at 9.00am

    Was at the Lichfield branch 2 weeks ago with my daughter, while we was sat in the waiting room the staff didn’t notice the window was left open, we was absolutely disgusted when we could here them talking about people that had been in that day including personal details and at one point a racist comment. Both my daughter and myself looked at each other, and she said mom I’m not giving them my details when I’m hearing all this and we walked straight out the door and will never go back again, so please be warned...
