    SHOCKING REALLY !! I totally understand that this is a free service and they are very busy in a time like this. I went to citizens' advice in September because of universal credit took my rent straight out of my rent because they said they had paid me to much and put me into £1200 pound debt so I had appointment with Wesley he was polite and helpful to one point ! But it's April now, and they have not done anything for me to help me apart from digging me into a bigger hole. I am shocked really, and now because they have taken so long to help me, u.c has closed my account, and now I have to pay it all back They said they would help me out because they think what U.C. done was wrong, but like I said, nothing has been done. Thank you, citizens. Advice for another waste of time. I know it's a free service, but that's my tax money going into you !!! waste of time . I have to keep chasing you, and it's all been wrong from the start. Shocking!
