Pointless service and obvious lack of professionalism at Edinburgh office. Sent two messages through their platform in August and September, did notice it could take up to five weeks for an answer. Three months later, zero answer, except for the automatic reply acknowledging my message has been received (really?). No help, no advice.

I have contacted citizens advice midlothian and asked twice for a call back in relation to important personal matters and I am still waiting for a call back from an advisor who asked me to get back in touch relating to these matters. I appreciate citizens advice is busy particularly with energy problems but I will try again on Monday hopefully third time lucky.

Like so many with this covid under pressure. But also so many other problems that should not arise people get told to go thier. I'm in judicornsy Bern trying to get my case in for review between cival legal assistance failures I need to use CAB who are very limited. For a disabled person to have to fight tooth and nail to get access to judicornsy the system of getting to court is discrimanayory.. Its our legal right act 6.. 7.. 6.. Our human right but if your legal aid its near impossible and if you can't find legal the judicorny system is bent has hell and you can't go forward.. By the time you go through he'll when you arrive its time out.. A nitemare made in Scotland by the snp. Not even can the 8 MSP or the first minister want to help they never take blame never thier fault.. So yea your left with CAB which do everything in thier limited power but usaly help...
