Well - I tried phoning re a problem in West Bromwich I have to try and deal with from Scotland. I didn't get anyone at all anywhere in Sandwell. I got Glasgow, and a sub office of Ofgem at that. Citizen's Advice these days is far too closely integrated with Government and is really part of the privatisation of what Government should be doing. Naturally, the Ofgem people in Glasgow couldn't advise me - on the grounds, they said, that I had an INDIVIDUAL COMPLAINT. Used to be was Citizen's Advice was FOR!
