No help at all kept on being put on hold for over 45 minutes for the lady to pretend it was a bad line and hang up the call

Had the most unhelpful call after nearly an hour of being on hold. After speaking to an 'advisor' who repeated what was already on the government's website, I was repeatedly put on hold so they could ask their manager how to respond. They ended the phone call with no more advice than I already knew and basically tried to put me in my place. Perhaps learn to have empathy for people calling up rather than getting frustrated yourself.
