I've had cause to contact citizen's advice many times, when dealing with Maldon district council. I understand they are volunteering, but I know much more than they do. Now, with covid contact with them is almost impossible. Unfortunately, recent contact with the citizens advice bureau, has significantly reduced my already low opinion of there abilities to help!
