Phoned at 10.15, waited 25 minutes while being told I was first in the queue. Absolute joke of a service. People who can't be bothered to do their job properly, or give advice to people. Absolute farce. Also, they give all your information to all government departments, even when you have a dispute with them. Just another arm of the government to lie to people and deliberately hinder anyone trying to fight back against unscrupulous companies stealing wages.
