    The woman I spoken to couldnt get the idea that I was speaking on behalf of my brother in law. (Is it proxy ) . Kept on getting mixed up as to my address and name to my brothers address and name then proceeded to put me forward to a local office in Leicester. It has made me feel useless as to trying to sort my brother in laws massive problem of giving and losing £ 22,000 from a fraudster of a builder that is now serving 5 years in prison. The sentence was not for my brother in law's house but others he ripped off,I'm at a loss as to what to do next can I speak to someone face to face please about my next plan of action ,please help ...
