Very difficult to get through to them, so l had to leave a message on the telephone for them to get back to me. In a cost of living crisis like this more staff/volunteers should be appointed to help with the demand, by the public who are needing the support. It can be very distressing for people especially if they come under the Mental health & autism spectrum, not forgetting also many others who are severely stressed due to their own individual needs, during these difficult times we are currently enduring. Are public resources are at breaking point due to the successive demands on people, the Government especially needs to look @ this very carefully.
