Caring and friendly staff, receptionists and advisors!! Run off there feet as per norm but extremely since 1st lockdown. Bless them all n all other CAB's... And consider other options from where you may be able to get info/help you need. ie. The web, online, from family or friends... anywhere before you are any CAB! so there's more time for people that genuinely need assistance.
