    Literally the most unhelpful place. I had tried calling both the general line and the one to the Harringay branch for the past few weeks and could never go through despite waiting on the phone for 40 minutes. Then they just hang up on you 'cause it's always "All our advisers are busy" and me and my housemates court date is next week so I decided to finally go in person but the lady's like "If you don't have the court letter with you we can't do anything" even when I have a bunch of other letters in my hands. So ridiculous. She didn't even ask to see them.
