    Yes you need to make an appointment because they are so busy and yes you need to go there to make an appointment. But once you are with the advisor, they will help you as their best and give you right advice. They take their time until you get all questions answered. I would be lost if I didn't get their help.

    All they do is put th you on to automatic fixed call boards were you don't talk to human and then the hung up. Covid 19 has been a god send to these companies as they don't need to employ real people as these are all but doing the people's job's it's a disgrace that these people are making Millions on putting family's on the path to homelessness just so that the multi national don't need to pay a fair wage to anybody our system is broken and government needs to find a way of fixing it A.s.a.p or we are all doomed
