Spoke to 2 staff regarding AUTISM discrimination and reasonable adjustments not being done effecting my ability to access basic healthcare one staff member Simon Tingle advised that i promise i wont have an autistic melt down again in order to get medical treatment not that your born with autism and canty help it hence why asking for reasonable adjustments to be done in the medical setting like. they should try suggesting that to an employee they would end up at tribunal faster than they could blink . And Mr Barry Taylor Chair wrote me a letter and advises the following to an Autistic patient who has been refused reasonable adjustments at the nhs to promise the nhs that i ''behave'' i.e never become overwhelmed and not have a meltdown that is the advice of an old man barry taylor who has not got a clue a utter discrace
