They Never answer the phone, says they are open, but obviously not .covid times always used as an excuse. Update!! 40 mins and still not answering, good job it's free to phone, maybe they could do with a bit of advice like put more people to help, I only want to go to my local one and there number goes to national,when it says they are open,can not even book an appointment. 😡
